The discipline of shooting has taught me invaluable lessons that I apply every day. Just as there's a clear hierarchy of priorities in shooting—safety always comes first—I approach business challenges with the same focus on identifying what's most critical. This mindset helps me navigate complex projects and lead with clarity.
Ultimately, my experience as an instructor has reinforced a core belief: there's a way to connect with everyone. Learning to adapt my communication style has been one of the most useful skills in both teaching and management. It's all about understanding people to help them achieve their best.
